The Cravings cookbook author, 35, shared a post via Instagram, where she candidly spoke about her body and the fact that she won’t be having another baby after her pregnancy loss in September.
“This is me and my body, just yesterday,” she wrote in the caption. “Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been. And I have no idea why i still have this bump, honestly. It’s frustrating.

“But I’m proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways. I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again. But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day. Anyhoo. Love u guys. Xx”
Teigen has been extremely open about discussing her loss. Last month, she told fans on Twitter that she hasn’t been active on social media, explaining that she was taking a break while she recovers.
“I’m not tweeting much because I’m honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon,” Teigen wrote via Twitter on November 25.
On September 30, Teigen decided to post a series of black-and-white photos of herself and Legend with Jack. The decision to share that moment publicly resulted in an outpouring of love from their fans.
“… Obviously it’s so painful to go through something like this as a woman,” Teigen said in a recent interview with Good Morning America, “something that was inside your body that you were nurturing and taking care of, but obviously there’s a father involved, and the support for the both of us has been so beautiful, so incredible.”
