Miley Cyrus has become unrecognisable for her latest campaign with Gucci, transforming into an anime cartoon character for the luxury brand’s Flora Fantasy fragrance.
The singer, 28, sported her signature golden mullet haircut and a purple, high neck top decorated with a sequined hot pink and emerald green collar, beige tartan trousers and silver heels with yellow socks.

Cyrus was accompanied by adorable co-stars, including a poodle and Persian cats in the label’s latest advertisement.
Promoting Gucci’s Flora Gorgeous Gardenia fragrance, Cyrus was also turned into an “anime” character, being animated into the traditional Japanese style of cartoon.
Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele said in a statement, “Fragrances are explorations and flowers, in particular, represent a world of infinite possibilities. Just as you can delight in drawing out different notes from a bouquet—in this case, the Gardenia, whose scent is unusual, sensual and intense—for the campaign, I had fun building a surreal and enchanting world around Miley Cyrus, creating a playful contrast between this artist with a rock ‘n’ roll spirit and a flowery universe.”

The campaign featured the song ‘Delicious’ sung by Cyrus.
Gucci announced the campaign on June 18, writing in a post to Instagram the brand would be collaborating with the multi-platinum selling recording artist.
“With her distinctive individuality, she will be the protagonist in a series of images and a fanciful video, directed and shot by artist Petra Collins under Alessandro Michele’s creative direction, dedicated to the new scent,” the post read.
Gucci celebrated the ‘Party In the USA’ singer, commemorating her “truth to self-expression, optimism and authenticity”.
They claimed the new fragrance was “inspired” by Cyrus’ unique personality.
In the campaign video, Cyrus appears, cuddling a poodle in a flower-filled garden, before entering a beachside home painted bright pink with white windows.
The clip then transforms Cyrus into an anime character who wanders off into a floral fantasy dreamscape.
The company said in a post to Instagram the campaign was “inspired by the world of anime filled with pop references.”
“The new #FloraFantasy campaign is one of kawaii cuteness where more is more,” they added.
