Rebel Wilson has revealed how she’s maintained her impressive 30kg weight loss.

The Aussie actress embarked on her ‘Year of Health’ at the start of 2020 and has since dropped a staggering amount of weight. And while last year her regimen was more intensive — six-day workouts and a high-protein diet — today she’s slightly relaxed her stance.

“Way to crush your Sunday morning babes,” she captioned a video of herself on Instagram Stories. “Park workout and then dance rehearsals.”

Wilson is currently filming the comedy Senior Year about a 30-something woman who wakes up from a 20-year coma and returns to the high school where she was once a popular cheerleader.

“Stephanie Conway arriving in style Senior Year arriving 2022! Can’t wait for you guys to see this movie next year,” Wilson teased fans last month on Instagram. “Crushing it on the costumes for this huge Prom sequence.”

On the topic of age, Wilson admits she regrets not embarking on her health kick when she was younger, saying it saddens her she waited until she was 40 to lose weight.

“Now that I know I can do it, sometimes I feel sad that I didn’t do it earlier,” she said in an interview with InStyle back in May. “Maybe I should have tried when I was 30, not 40. But everybody’s journey is different, and it’s not a race or competition.”

In the interview, Wilson encouraged fans to follow in her footsteps if they feel the need to change their lifestyle, regardless of how old they are.

“I have a natural empathy for anyone who struggles with weight issues because that’s something I’ve always struggled with,” she added. “Anyone can go on walks and drink more water and do little, consistent things that’ll improve their lives. It’s not too late to start, no matter what age you are.”
